Happy 100th Day of School!
The day has finally arrived! We counted by ones all to the way to 100 and then counted by tens.
During gym, friends did 10 sets of 10 exercises!
We celebrated at snack time with hot chocolate and fruit bars. This is what the class voted on from a list of ideas that they had come up with.
Friends worked together and counted using one to one correspondence to make collections of 100.
We also made predictions on whether 100 of the following items could fit on our rug:
elephants, snakes, cars, pennies, people, blocks, etc.
