Monday, August 11th

Welcome to the first day of school!
We began our morning with an all-school chapel led by Mr. Meyer.  He is our DCE (Director of Christian Education).

We’re excited to share with you a special part of our classroom community: the Kindness Cross.
The Kindness Cross is a symbol we use to recognize and celebrate acts of kindness between students. When children help, encourage, or show care for one another, their name is placed on the Kindness Cross.  This practice helps students see that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference, and it highlights how their actions reflect God’s love in everyday moments.

We end our mornings and afternoons with our goodbye helper giving a hug, high five, or an elbow bump.
