During small group time, friends tapped along to the rhythm of several fall-themed chants, while practicing their listening skills and recognizing rhyming words.
Another small group listened to a short story and then retold it through drawing and writing, practicing both comprehension and early literacy skills.
The third small group practiced using correct letter formation while writing letters and words.
We took a special moment to sing Happy Birthday to Ms. Lipsey. She is a dedicated member of the Our Shepherd staff and currently serves lunches a few days each week.
