Welcome to December!
This morning, after Jesus time, we worked on learning the words to the song that we will be singing at the Christmas program. Please be sure to mark your calendars for Thursday, December 18th!
During small group time, friends listened to a short story about a girl who made an apple pie with her Grandma. Students then talked about what they remembered and showed their understanding through drawings, labels, and writing. These steps strengthened their comprehension, vocabulary, and early writing skills.
