During Jesus time, we talked about Advent and the countdown to Christmas.
Friends in my small group worked on writing Nativity words on strips of paper. Students then used the strips to create paper chains using a red and green color pattern. This was a great time to discuss and reflect on the Christmas story.
Friends in Ms. Stutz's group practiced recognizing and writing numbers,
Mrs. Beltz's group played a game to practice shape recognition as well as language skills and executive functioning skills as they listened carefully and took turns.
The temperature was just warm enough for us to go outside this afternoon and enjoy the snow once again.
