We had an all-school chapel today with our chapel buddies!
Mr. Meyer read from the bible, the miracle of Jesus feeding the 5000. We have God's true word (the Bible) to remind us to trust God, while the disciples did not have these written words. The miracle of turning one boy's lunch into enough food to feed over 5000 showed the disciples not only God's power, but His trustworthiness.
Mr. Meyer had some friends help him demonstrate the power of trust.
The helpers did not think that Mr. Meyer was telling the truth about a drum and a squirrel being in these boxes. But Mr. Meyer proved his trustworthiness as they pulled out a drum and a squirrel from the boxes.
